Program a Uniden BC350A Scanner
The Uniden BC350A scanner comes with 50 programmable channels. Use it to scan police, fire, air, military, local and weather channels. The unit comes complete with a light-up LCD screen, making it simple to view the scanner at night or when it's dark. According to the user manual, you can program non-active frequencies on this scanner. Before you can do any programming, the scanner must be turned on.
Instructions
1. Press the Prog button to start programming the scanner.
2. Press the Search button to begin searching local frequencies. The scanner will move through the frequencies at a fast rate.
3. Press the Hold button to slow down the search once you are near the frequency you want to program into the scanner.
4. Press either the Up or Down arrows to locate the exact frequency you want to store in the scanner.
5. Press the Prog button again, followed by a number key, to store the frequency. You can only store one frequency per number.
6. Press the Prog button again to end programming process.
Tips Warnings
To exit the programming screen, press the Band button at any time.
