Make A Secret Hollow Soda Can

Sometimes in life you need a little stealth. You need to transport something important from point A to point B without even the closest person knowing. Well if that's you, and you have something that you think you fit in the bottom of a soda can, then you are in luck, because you are about to learn make a secret hollow soda can.

Instructions

1. Drain the liquid from the soda can by using the tip of the knife or scalpel and making a tiny hole in the bottom of the soda can. Place the can in a sink until it is empty.

2. Remove the top of the soda can by utilizing the can opener. Handheld can openers work best. Fasten the can opener so that the blade is cutting under the outer edge of the lid. This will seem somewhat awkward as you are holding the can opener on a diagonal slope.

3. Wash your can and lid with warm water. Be very careful, as both the can and lid may have slightly jagged edges.

4. Superglue the lid from your glass top on the inside of the can lid that you have removed. Allow it to dry. Make sure you have created a tight seal by shaking it up and down a few times.

5. Mix the plaster of Paris by using water and an old bowl. Be sure that you reach the consistency as directed on the package for the plaster of Paris.

6. Fill the soda can with the plaster about half way and allow it to dry.

7. Plug the pin hole you created in the bottom with a touch of super glue.

8. Screw the top of the soda can on once the plaster of Paris has completely dried. Your secret compartment is between the dry plaster of Paris and the closed lid on top.

Tips Warnings

To add a liquid sound, place water in a small baggy. Then place that sealed baggy on the bottom of the can and plaster of Paris over it. Once it has dried you will get a sloshing sound on the bottom of your can. This will make it sound even more real.
