White chocolate oreo cheesecake is a blend of cookies, chocolate and vanilla cheese cake. It's an uncommon dessert that does not take long to put together, but will take several hours to chill. This recipe calls for actual white chocolate oreos, but it can be made with regular oreos and 1 cup of white chocolate chips.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Crumple the cookies and mix them with the butter. Spread them evenly over the bottom of the pie shell.
3. In a large bowl mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla till smooth.
4. Take out 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of fudge topping and blend well.
5. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie shell. Place dollops of fudge mixture on top. Use a knife to make swirls of chocolate fudge in the cream cheese mixture.
6. Bake in the oven for 40 to 50 minutes. Set the cake out to cool, then let it cool for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
