Make Honey Vinegar

Honey vinegar is a home remedy that has been used to treat everything from the common cold and asthma to lowering cholesterol and helping battle obesity. If mixed properly together, honey sweetens the bitterness of the vinegar, creating a pleasant tasting remedy that goes down easy. Due to the acidity of the vinegar, however, it is imperative that you brush your teeth if you use this remedy regularly to ensure it does not damage tooth enamel

Instructions

1. Treat symptoms cough and asthma by mixing 1 tsp of honey and 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a small cup. Mix thoroughly and drink undiluted, especially before bedtime, to alleviate nighttime coughing.

2. Fill a glass with one cup of warm water. Diluting the vinegar with water helps cut down on the acidity of the vinegar, making it more digestible.

3. Pour two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into the warm water and stir it until the vinegar and water are thoroughly mixed.

4. Add two tablespoons of honey to the apple cider vinegar and water mixture and stir until the honey dissolves completely into the mixture. If you don't stir enough, the honey will settle on the bottom of the glass, leaving you with an incredibly sweet last gulp.

5. Drink the apple cider vinegar, water and honey mixture two times a day to help aid in digestion, improve blood glucose levels, control asthma symptoms, lower blood pressure and help fight osteoperosis.
