Cook Healthy Vegetable Sushi

In just about every magazine, you read how healthy sushi is for your body, but there is certainly the downside too. The downside is that some people do not like raw fish or they are afraid to try it. The good news is that sushi does not always have to be prepared with either cooked or raw fish; yes, there is certainly a way for non-fish eaters to enjoy sushi as part of their healthy diet. Here is the original healthy sushi recipe, which doesn't contain raw fish and is great for everyone.

Instructions

1. Rinse the rice several times with cold water and put in the right amount of water. Cook the rice in the rice cooker.

2. Mix the rice vinegar, sugar and salt to create the sushi vinegar and heat for 30 seconds in the microwave so that the sugar melts entirely. After the rice is cooked, put it in the wooden bowl and slowly mix in the sushi vinegar. Make sure that the rice absorbs the vinegar well. Let it cool down for about 5 minutes.

3. Prepare your favorite vegetables: cut cucumbers, boiled eggs and carrots into sticks and either cut or crush the avocado.

4. On the clean cooking board, spread out the seaweed and spread the rice out flatly, then add your favorite vegetables on top of the rice. Roll the seaweed from the side carefully so that the rice and vegetables do not fall apart.

5. Your vegetable sushi is ready; just dip it in your favorite sauce: soy sauce, mayo or garlic sauce and enjoy. Add some ginger or wasabi to the sushi for extra flavor. Serve the vegetable sushi rolls with a light beverage or Japanese green tea.
