Make A Layered Mexican Dip

Whether you are throwing a Super Bowl party or hosting a Mexican fiesta, you and your friends will enjoy this layered Mexican dip with some tortilla chips. Follow these steps to whip up this addictive dish.

Instructions

1. Smother the base of a glass dish with cream cheese. Spread the cheese until it covers the entire base of the dish.

2. Add you sour cream and place it on top of the cream cheese. Cover all of the cream cheese. You also can mix up these two ingredients to make the base.

3. Shred some cheddar and mozzarella. Cover the sour cream and cream cheese mix. This mix composes the first two layers of your dip.

4. Cover your mix with salsa for a third layer.

5. Chop your peppers and cover the salsa layer. These peppers give the dish more color. You can add more yellow or red peppers if you like.

6. Shred more cheddar and mozzarella over the entire top of the dish. You're ready to serve the dip with tortilla chips or quesadillas.
