Elevate coat roast beef sandwiches to a new level by heating the meat up in a savory and spicy mustard sauce. The dish will only take minutes to make as the beef is already cooked. Instructions
1. Place 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp. prepared horseradish, 1 cup ground mustard and 1/2 tsp. salt in a blender or food processor. Blend the ingredients for one minute or until the sauce is smooth.
2. Pour the mustard sauce into a large saucepan. Add a pound of thinly sliced deli roast beef to the pan and gently mix it with the sauce to coat.
3. Cover the pan with a lid. Simmer the roast beef in mustard sauce over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
4. Place the roast beef in buns or on bread and spoon the sauce over the top of the meat.
