Make Chicken Wing Sauce

Making a chicken wing sauce couldn't be easier. It's versatile, tasty and can be made for 30 people just as easily as it can be made for five. The heat is easily adjustable, so it can suit as many taste buds as you have friends.

Instructions

1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a metal mixing bowl. Stir them well to ensure that they are well mixed.

2. Bring hot sauce and Worcestershire Sauce to a simmer in a small saucepan, over medium heat. Whisk constantly.

3. When sauce has simmered for three minutes, drop in the dry ingredients, and stir to incorporate. Make sure that you stir quickly to eliminate clumping.

4. Cut butter into small pieces. Drop into simmering sauce one piece at a time, while whisking constantly. After each piece is incorporated, add the next one. Be careful not to add more than one piece at a time, or you won't get the texture that you want.

5. Simmer the sauce, over low heat, for five minutes. Place over chicken wings prepared to your taste, and mix to coat well.
