Make Antipasta Salad

Anti-Pasta Salad.


Learn make a delicious Anti-Pasta Salad.


Instructions


1. Anti-Pasta has been an "Italian" specialty in my family which traces back to Sicily over 90 years ago. It is very easy to make and it is delicious. You will need, Romaine Lettuce, Four Hard Boiled Eggs, 1-2 Jars of tiny Pickled Beets, 1-2 Cans of Chick Peas, 1 Can of Black Olives, Grated Romano Chees,Hard Salami, 1 Block of Provolone Cheese, 2 Cans of Solid White Tuna in Water.


2. Wash and Clean Lettuce, place in a large salad Bowl, add Chick Peas, Beets, Tuna Fish, Salami (cut in to small squares),Hard Boiled Eggs Sliced, Sprinkle some Romano Cheese on top, Add remainder of ingredients. However, you will have to cut the Provolone in to small squares. You can purchase the Provolone in a chunk already packaged or you can purchase it from the deli counter.


3. Your Anti-Pasta is almost ready to serve. You can choose what kind of Dressing you wish to add. The traditional dressing that is normally served with Anti-Pasta is Oil & Vinegar seasoned with Oregano, Salt, and some minced Garlic, Enjoy!
