Use Silicone Baking Trays

Silicone baking trays bring ease to baking like no other baking pan has. These pans are pliable, easy to clean and simple to use. They come in a variety of sizes, styles and shapes. They also don't hold heat after removing them from the oven the way traditional baking pans will. They can also be used as molds in the refrigerator or freezer.

Instructions

1. Wash the silicone pan in warm water and soap prior to use. Dry thoroughly and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Pour your batter, filling each well 1/2 to 3/4 full. Place the silicone pan in the oven on a baking sheet or wire rack. Bake the recipe as directed.

3. Remove the pan from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Let it sit for a minute or two. Turn the silicone pan on its side and tap it against the wire rack so the baked goods fall out of the pan.

4. Release any baked goods that didn't come out of the pan by turning the pan over and gently pressing the center of the back of each cup with your thumbs.

5. You can use these pans to make ice cubes or popsicles in the freezer. Pour the juice into the wells and add a popsicle stick to each one. Let them freeze and remove the cubes or popsicles using the same release method as described above.
