Make a Greek Turkey Burger


Who doesn't love a tasty burger? With this recipe you'll be able to feed that burger fix of yours for just under 300 calories! Whether you are looking for a healthier burger option, or just a fun new take on the American classic, this Greek-inspired burger is healthy, easy to make and delicious. Use fresh ingredients for the best result.


Instructions


1. In a bowl, mix parsley, ground turkey, pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, garlic powder and feta cheese until combined. Opt for fresh parsley for a more crisp and refreshing flavor.


2. Use an ice cream scoop or 1/2 cup to make equal-sized patties of the ground turkey mixture. Place each patty on a cookie sheet or baking dish and broil for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.


3. Place the burger on the bottom half of a toasted whole wheat bun. Top with onion slices and a mixture of Dijon and ketchup, if desired, garnish with more parsley and other veggies as desired.


4. Cover with the top half of the bun and enjoy!
