Make Strawberry Yogurt Pancakes

If you're bored with regular pancakes, try some easy and delicious strawberry yogurt pancakes. The yogurt gives the pancakes a soft, fluffy texture, and the strawberry flavor provides a sweet flavor, making a new and yummy twist on an old breakfast favorite.

Instructions

1. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and salt together in a large mixing bowl, stirring until it's thoroughly blended.

2. Beat the eggs, then stir in the buttermilk, melted butter, strawberry yogurt and vanilla extract.

3. Oil the griddle with butter, or spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Heat it over medium heat.

4. Pour a half cup of strawberry pancake batter onto the hot griddle. Cook eight minutes or until the top is bubbly. If you want smaller pancakes, use a quarter measuring cup.

5. Flip the strawberry yogurt pancake with a spatula, and cook the other side just until it's browned.

6. Serve the pancakes hot off the griddle with warm strawberry syrup or maple syrup.
