Return Coach Purses

Coach purses can be returned to the store or through the mail.


On occasion, you may find that you need to return an item you purchased. If you have a purse or other accessory from Coach that you wish to return, you can do so in person at a Coach store or by mail to an authorized return facility.


Instructions


Store Returns


1. Prepare to return your Coach purse by locating your in-store purchase receipt or billing invoice. Coach stores will not accept returns without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Examine the purse to ensure that it is in a condition that is acceptable for return. Your purse should have the tags attached and be free from any signs of wear or dirt. If your purse came with a dust bag, key fob or other accessories, they will also need to be included with the return.


2. Locate a Coach store in your area. To locate a Coach retail location, visit the Coach website and use their store locator tool to find the closest location. If you purchased your Coach purse at a retail location other than a Coach store, such as a department store or an outlet retailer, you will not be able to return your Coach purse at a Coach store. Rather, you will need to return the item to the retail location from which the item was originally purchased.


3. Provide your Coach purse, sales receipt or invoice and any accompanying accessories to a customer service associate at the Coach store or retail location. If you originally paid for your purchase with a credit or debit card, you may be asked to provide your card to the associate in order to credit your account for the amount of the return.


Mail Returns


4. Prepare to return your Coach purse by locating your in-store purchase receipt or billing invoice. Coach return facilities will not accept returns without a receipt or other proof of purchase. Make sure the bag is in an unused condition, with no signs of wear or dirt. The purse should have the tags attached and, if it came came with a dust bag, key fob or other accessories, they will need to be included with the return.


5. Carefully pack your Coach purse into an appropriately sized mailing box. Include all accessories that came with the purse, a copy of your sales receipt or billing invoice and a note that contains your name, address, telephone number and any additional instructions or comments that you wish to send with your return.


6. Take your package to a package carrier that offers insurance and delivery confirmation such as the U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Purchase enough insurance to cover the cost of the purse. Request delivery confirmation or a traceable tracking number on the package. Send your package to the Coach return facility at the following address: COACH, Attn: Returns, One Coach Way, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
