Make Crispy Skin Bbq Chicken

Let your husband put his pristine BBQ utensils and "Kiss the Cook" apron to work. Give him this crispy skin BBQ chicken for your next backyard party and let him show off while you sip sangria. Gotta love the summer!


Instructions


Prepare Crispy Skin BBQ Chicken for Dummies


1. Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces and season with pepper and adobo seasoning.


2. This is the secret weapon: cover with paper towels to absorb the moisture then let it sit in refrigerator for at least two hours.


3. Set the BBQ to medium-low heat.


4. Cook for 15-20 minutes on each side, periodically checking with an instant read thermometer.


5. Then get your BBQ sauce and combine with your favorite hot sauce for an added kick and brush over the chicken.


6. Now turn up your BBQ to medium-high. Cook for two minutes on each side and then coat the chicken again. Cook for another minute or two and coat the chicken again. Repeat until you are sure the chicken is fully cooked.


7. Get yourself another drink.
