2. Eat at Isola in Shirogane! Isola is a relatively new Italian restaurant located in Tokyo, and the advantage to that is that is doesn't get quite crowded just yet, so you can dine in relative serenity. Despite the newness of the restaurant, Isola serves up perhaps some of the most amazing wood-fired pizza in the entire city. The thin crust and slightly tangy sauce cannot be beat. Isola is a great spot to enjoy some old-fashioned wood fired pizza, Italian style.
3. Visit Chotto Roma in Mita! The moniker of this restaurant means, literally, "a little bit of Rome," and that is exactly what you'll receive at this restaurant. With the delightful blend of Japanese ambiance and fine Italian cuisine, what's not to love about Chotto Roma? Chotto Roma specializes in simple yet delicious Southern Italian cuisine (the chef trained in Milan). Eat at Chotto Roma for tasty, unpretentious Italian fare.
4. Stop by Esperia in Aisumicho! Esperia is a unique Italian restaurant in that its main concept is to incorporate as many different varieties of cheeses into its dishes as possible. One example of a popular entree served here is the chicken stuffed with mozzarella cheese (extremely filling and delicious). The salad dressed in the creamy cheese sauce is also very satisfying. If you like the combination of cheese and pasta, then you will walk away from Esperia a very happy customer!
5. Experience Chianti Sette in Kichijoji! Located in Tokyo's exciting and lively Kichijoji section, this is a quiet, unassuming restaurant with an easy, breezy and relaxed vibe. The pasta portions here are very generous and the restaurant's own homemade salad dressing is absolutely delightful. Make sure to stop by Chianti Sette for a tasty and filling lunch or dinner in a romantic atmosphere.
