Make Chocolate Fondue With A Trudeau 24 Piece Fondue Set

Chocolate fondue is a great dip for fruit or cake.


Chocolate fondue is a delicious dessert for a special get-together with friends or a romantic evening with your significant other. Heat chocolate and other ingredients together into a thick sauce that can be used to dip fruit, cake or anything else you want to serve. A fondue set offers a convenient way to make fondue. If you're using a Trudeau 24-piece fondue set, you have two different options for the pot you use -- make sure you use the right one for the best possible chocolate fondue.


Instructions


1. Place the pot in the rack. Insert a gelled fondue fuel into the safety burner and light it with a match.


2. Put 1 cup of water into the metal pot.


3. Place the stoneware bowl onto the pot so it rests just above the water. Allow the water to heat for 15 minutes.


4. Add 1 cup of cream to the stoneware pot. Stir it frequently as it heats.


5. Add in the chocolate and vanilla extract slowly, stirring to incorporate it into the cream. Stir in a figure eight pattern. You can also add other things like red wine or marshmallows, if desired.


6. Give each guest an individual fondue fork. Dip your cut fruit or cake into the melted chocolate.
