Make Amish Pudding

Amish pudding is a delightful dessert dish. This simple recipe is ideal for throwing a dessert together for a potluck at work or making an after-dinner treat for family. The Amish population in southern Ohio sells Amish pudding, along with many varieties of breads and cheeses at local markets. While they make all recipe components from scratch, a modern cook can take a few shortcuts and still create a delicious dessert.
