Stretch out a hanger into an O shape and use wire cutters to cut off the top hook. Wrap thin wire twice around either of the twisted ends of a Tootsie Roll and then wrap the thin wire twice around the coat hanger to secure the Tootsie Roll t it. Continue to add Tootsie Rolls. Draw a 4-inch-high heart on pink construction paper, cut the shape out and fold it in half. Glue the two rounded edges of the heart together. This will be the mouse's body. Tie a 4 inch piece of white yarn to one end of a Tootsie Roll and stick the candy in the mouse, with the yarn tail sticking out of the rounded side of the body. Cut two 1-inch hearts from the pink construction paper, fold them in half and glue them in place. Glue the two folded hearts to either side of the mouse's head to make ears. Draw the mouse's eyes and mouth on the outside of the heart's pointed end.
