For winter months, add a pair of tights to keep those legs warm.
2. Blair is know for her girly girl details. Blair loves bows, lace and ruffles and tends to incorporate them into her ensembles to add that extra flair. Buy a simple body-hugging pastel gown and add a big matching bow or lace headband to complete the outfit. In the winter, choose a long-sleeved cardigan to throw over the top and a long chic coat to stay warm.
